Toaster Hosting policies and Terms of Service are actually quite simple. We will be providing you with hosting services and you are agreeing to pay us for this service. With the space and services that are provided to you, you agree not to spam anyone, upload any illegal content to your website, including but not limited to warez, crackz, MP3's that are not legal, etc. We do not host pornographic sites, so please use a different host if that is what you are after.

Toaster Hosting has a guaranteed uptime of 99.9% and will provide these services in a professional manner. User -incurred damages and network outages are not included in the uptime guarantee. Bandwidth and space allocation will be closely monitored, and you will not be allowed to go above the limits that you sign up and pay for unless asked for in advance and paid for in advance.

You agree that you are authorizing Toaster Hosting to set up recurring billing for each month/year. Currently Toaster Hosting only accepts the following forms of payment:

Paypal - Customers will have a choice between a recurring bill each month, or being invoiced each month. When you sign up you will automatically be set up on the recurring bill plan. If you would like to change that to being invoiced each month instead (meaning you will receive an invoice and have up to 5 working days to pay it instead of being charged on a particular day) please email me here to let me know: sara@toasterhosting.com.

USA or UK Checks/Cheques - We accept cheques written out on UK or USA Bank Accounts. Please make the cheque out to "Toaster Hosting" and write your domain name on the back, Thanks!

We are unique because we will set up your account for you straight away even if you are paying by cheque/check, as long as we receive your check/cheque within 10 business days after the account is set up.

Any account that exceeds 15 days of non-payment will have their domain suspended until full payment is made.
Any account that exceeds 30 days of non-payment will have their account deleted from our servers. If there is some good reason for this, please contact Toaster Hosting as soon as possible and we will try to be compassionate towards your circumstances.

VIOLATIONS OF TERMS OF SERVICE

Should you violate these Terms of Service or any other rights of Toaster Hosting, we reserve the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on Toaster Hosting.

Toaster Hosting will not and cannot be held liable for anything that any user of these services does with their site or email address. However, if you are aware of anyone violating these Terms of Service, please report them to sara@toasterhosting.com, Thanks!

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Toaster Hosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages which may arise from any Toaster Hosting server going off-line, being unavailable for any reason whatsoever or resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from Toaster Hosting services. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

DISCLAIMER

Toaster Hosting cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a customer would have gained if his/her site was functioning. Certain services provided by Toaster Hosting are resold, therefore certain equipment, routing, hardware, software, and programming used by Toaster Hosting may or may not be directly owned or written by Toaster Hosting. Moreover, Toaster Hosting holds no responsibility for the use of our customers accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice for any reason without restriction as we see fit.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

ACCEPTANCE & ACTIVATION

Payment by a customer of the first month's fees shall constitute acceptance of this agreement. This agreement shall be modified from time to time by Toaster Hosting and the then current version shall be posted on the Toaster Hosting web site. If a customer does not agree to the new terms - the customer should cease utilizing the services at the next term. If a customer is terminated due to a violation of our terms of service the customer agrees that the customer will not receive any partial refunds and that this shall be considered a reasonable estimate of the liquidated damage and not a penalty.

PRIVACY POLICY

Toaster Hosting will ask for various information from you at different times, including but not limited to: full name, email address, snail mail address, etc. Toaster Hosting does NOT sell or use any of this information in an illegal way, and all information given to us is confidential, unless it is court ordered for us to give out information.
